Designed the interaction and information architecture for an operational dashboard built for the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá. The platform was used by transit officers to validate automated photo-detection tickets in real time, cross-referencing license plates, vehicle data, and video evidence to accept or reject each case.

The visual language is dark and high-contrast, built to reduce eye strain during long operational shifts. I designed the map color palette and the overall interaction model, structuring dense information across panels so officers could scan and decide without losing context.

The most valuable part of the process was going directly to the Secretariat to observe officers working in real time. Watching how they actually moved through the information made clear what the interface needed to prioritize and what it needed to get out of the way.
